We use a well-researched cold-pressing process that insures delicate nutrients are not lost in the refining stages of production.

It is our recommendation to start in the evening with a meal, to avoid getting a “hollow belly” feeling, when taken on an empty stomach. You should always take oil with a fatty item such as real butter, coconut oil, or olive oil so that the absorption rate will increase with a fatty substance.

By taking CBD in oil form, a single dropper full effects you for more hours. Eating a healthy high fat food just prior to placing the daily dropper full under your tongue helps the effects start quicker and stay steadier.

The amount of the specific cannabinoid called CBD in the hemp oil is measured in milligrams (mg). Strengths, or mg, are in relation to 1 oral application. 1 glass dropper full is 1 milliliter (ml).

Level 1 is for everyone of all ages who has never taken a hemp or marijuana product before. We found that 40 mg is the best starting point for nearly everyone.

Individuals with an established high tolerance for essential hemp oil may find themselves progressed to Level 5.

Start with at least 40 mg of CBD per day. It is at this level that we saw the best response with participants as a group.

Honestly, we don't know. There hasn't been one overdose or emergency room visit attributed to taking pure hemp-derived CBD oil.

What we can tell you is that for 96% of all our research participants found the right amount between 40 and 275 mg. Remember that more isn't better.
